Job summary

ANDRITZ is seeking a regional sales and project management lead in Indonesia to drive customer engagements, market data collection and strategy execution in cooperation with global teams. The role requires experience in process industry sales and a strong understanding of recovery boilers.

You will maintain CRM accuracy, coordinate quotations and participate in regional events, with extensive travel within Indonesia and the APAC region. English fluency is essential; Indonesian is a strong asset.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or project management in process industry, min. 3 years.
• Experience in Pulp & Paper Industry or relevant industry would be advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Recovery Boiler.
• Engineering or commercial education, bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia and in the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Customer visits, meetings and negotiations in Indonesia and APAC region.
• Market data collection and market price analysis to support pricing decisions.
• Maintaining and updating the CRM to ensure accurate regional data.
• Driving strategy implementation in collaboration with regional service teams.
• Participation in quotation preparation and reviews with global sales teams.
• Representing ANDRITZ PRC at regional industry events, conferences and exhibitions.
