Job summary

PT VIP ( Victory Indo Pharma) seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales activities across Central Java and Jakarta, driving revenue growth, expanding the customer network, and strengthening business relationships in line with company strategy. You will develop regional sales strategy, lead the team, monitor pipeline and performance, and deliver forecasts.

Qualifications

• S1 degree in any field required.
• Minimum 5 years sales experience with at least 2 years leading a team.
• Preferred experience in medical devices, esthetic, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in sales strategy, negotiation, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel/CRM.
• Willing to travel to Central Java/Jakarta region.
