Job summary

Xiaomi Indonesia is seeking a regional sales leader to design and execute regional sales strategies, annual plans, and roadmaps across cities, channels, and accounts.

You will manage budgets, oversee end-to-end operations including store performance, logistics, and field staff, collaborate with marketing, retail, product and supply-chain teams on launches, promotions, and store expansion, and drive partnerships with distributors and retailers to sustain growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategies, annual business plans, and execution roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives, and drive execution across cities, channels, and accounts.
• Manage regional budget and expenses; plan, control, and evaluate resource allocation to ensure budget efficiency and business ROI.
• Oversee regional end‑to‑end operations: account management, store operations, retail footprint, logistics, and in‑store sales associate teams to hit operational KPIs.
• Lead regional organization building, including structure planning, recruitment, performance management, capability development, and daily people management.
• Track sales performance, market share, channel inventory, price architecture, and competitor moves; deliver timely improvement actions.
• Collaborate with marketing, retail, product, and supply‑chain teams on new product launches, promotions, store expansion, and retail field execution.
• Develop and manage core distributors, retailers, and business partners to build long‑term stable partnerships.
• Own sales forecasting, product allocation, inventory replenishment, and logistics coordination to secure supply and healthy channel inventory.
• Boost store coverage, merchandising, brand image, associate productivity, and store output, and strengthen Xiaomi’s competitiveness in key retail sites.
