Job summary

dsm-firmenich is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Planning to lead the IBP/S&OP processes for the Rest of Asia. You will align demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial objectives, partnering with commercial, supply, and finance teams to drive actionable plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline.
10+ years experience in Supply Chain, Business Planning, Demand/Supply Planning or Operations.
Experience in FMCG, food ingredients, fragrances or manufacturing industry preferred.
Proven experience leading S&OP / IBP in a complex, matrix organization.
Ability to translate commercial requirements into executable operational plans. Strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities

Lead the regional Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across ROA.
Drive end-to-end governance aligning demand, supply, inventory, capacity and financial objectives.
Own regional supply-demand balancing to protect service levels and growth.
Establish business continuity, risk management and contingency planning.
Drive PLM governance including new product introductions and portfolio optimization.
Lead strategic network optimization and localization projects.
