Job description

• 1.Performance Reporting (Core ownership)Own the end-to-end preparation of financial performance updates for senior management meetingsConsolidate insights from multiple markets and validate data consistencyTrack key business drivers and identify performance gapsHighlight risks, opportunities, and emerging issues
• 2. Regional Financial Planning & ForecastingAssist in budgeting and re-forecasting processes across marketsBuild, maintain, and optimize the financial models used across markets to ensure standardized reportingSupport scenario and sensitivity analysis for financial decision-making
• 3. Commercial & Investment AnalysisEvaluate the effectiveness of spending/investments at a regional levelSupport analyzing financial business casesProvide structured financial framework to support decision-making
• 4. Regional Stakeholder CoordinationAct as the main point of contact (regional-to-local bridge), keeping track of local operation, balancing the local needs, while representing the regional interestsCascade regional directives and ensuring they are translated into actionable local tasksCoordinate with country finance teams to ensure all inputs are submitted on time and reflect local business realitiesGiven a market's unique local context, come up with a tailored analytical approach/an adjusted reporting narrative.
