Newbridge Alliance Pte Ltd. seeks a CFO/Head of Finance to lead multi-country consolidation, audits, and cross-border tax governance for Indonesia, China, Singapore and Malaysia. This executive role partners with the Founder and local teams to scale ongoing growth in Southeast Asia.

The candidate will standardize group consolidation processes, manage intercompany eliminations, and drive strategic financial planning across currencies including IDR, CNY, USD, MYR and SGD.

Qualifications

• Hands-on consolidation experience across multi-country, multi-entity operations.
• Audit leadership with Big 4 or Mid-Tier experience advantageous.
• Practical understanding of intercompany funding and transfer pricing.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin would be beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end group consolidation in multiple currencies (IDR, CNY, USD, MYR, SGD).
• Lead group audit coordination with external firms and local auditors.
• Develop cross-border finance governance and tax frameworks.
• Oversee budgeting, rolling forecasts, and working capital optimization.
• Prepare high-level financial presentations for board or partners.
