Job summary

Grab is seeking a Manager, Regional Business Finance – B2B to partner with product, operations, and commercial teams across SEA. You will own IFRS accounting for new B2B offerings and build scalable regional frameworks to support audit readiness.

Lead regional accounting and liaise with country finance and FP&A, ensuring consistent application and strong control environments. Strong stakeholder management is essential.

• Ability to simplify complex accounting for product and commercial teams.
• Structured problem-solver balancing rigour with business practicality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, ops, and commercial teams on upcoming initiatives; surface accounting implications.
• Determine and own accounting treatment for new B2B offerings under IFRS with technical teams.
• Own regional accounting framework for B2B across SEA and ensure consistent application.
• Identify and remediate historical revenue/cost misalignments with audit-ready positions.
• Oversee end-to-end finance reporting for B2B; align with data and systems owners.
• Serve as regional contact for group-level audits and SOX for B2B portfolio.
