Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support regional programs in Kalimantan Timur. You will assist with project implementation, monitoring, and reporting across multi-site activities, coordinating with field teams and partners to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of project management or coordination experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. Willingness to travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
• 1+ year of project management/coordination experience
• Experience with NGOs, government, or international organizations preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Support execution of project activities per plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with field teams and partners for timely delivery of components.
• Assist in organizing regional workshops, trainings, and stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor project performance and contribute to progress reports.
• Collect and analyze field data to assess impact and identify improvements.
• Support site visits and ensure quality assurance of activities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local government and community stakeholders.
• Represent the organization in regional coordination meetings and forums.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and document case studies and success stories.
