Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is seeking a field-based coordinator to support regional program implementation and ensure timely delivery of activities across partner schools.

The role involves coordinating with field teams, managing CMS-related tasks, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Travel to sites for visits will be required, and strong communication is essential to handle reports and data validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• 1 year of experience in project management or coordination, preferably regional.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good administrative and reporting abilities.
• Experience with NGOs, government, or CSR projects is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel for school visits and field operations.
• Experience in operations, education programs, or community engagement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support regional program implementation in alignment with project timelines, targets, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with schools, field teams, and local stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of program activities.
• Coordinate class setup and operational preparation, including CMS class assignment, teacher/mentor allocation, and communication with teaching personnel from the existing database.
• Conduct daily school visits, monitor program progress, and identify operational challenges in the field.
• Collect, manage, and validate operational data for reporting and progress tracking purposes.
• Prepare routine reports and maintain proper documentation of program activities and outcomes through Spreadsheets and CMS.
• Support workshops, trainings, competitions, and stakeholder engagement activities in the assigned region.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with schools, local government representatives, and community partners.
• Escalate critical issues, risks, and updates to HQ in a timely manner.
