Job summary

Ruangguru for Business seeks a capable Project Implementation and Coordination professional to support the execution of regional initiatives, coordinate with field teams and partners, and organise regional workshops and trainings.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least 1 year in project management, a motorcycle license, willingness to travel, and strong communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and PM tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management or coordination.
• Holds a motorcycle license (SIM C) and can ride a motorbike.
• Experience with NGOs, government, or international organizations preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
• Able to ride a motorcycle and own a SIM C license.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of project activities in line with approved plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with field teams and partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of project components.
• Assist in organizing regional workshops, trainings, and stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor project performance and contribute to the development of progress reports.
• Collect and analyze field data to assess project impact and identify areas for improvement.
• Support regular site visits and ensure quality assurance of project activities.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with local government, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Represent the organization in regional coordination meetings and forums.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.
• Ensure proper documentation of project activities, including case studies and success stories
