Job summary

Ruangguru for Business seeks a Training Facilitator in Solok to support teacher development through ITF Solok materials, online and offline sessions, and mentoring for classroom implementation of training outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mathematics or Indonesian Language Education, 1+ year training experience, strong presentation and leadership skills, and residency in Solok City.

• Facilitate and moderate participating teachers' learning activities (Enrichment Workshop, Subject Masterclass, etc.), both online and offline
• Provide mentoring for classroom implementation of training outcomes (Classroom Implementation & Student Readiness)
• Monitor and assess participating teachers' activities and assignments throughout the program
• Prepare periodic participant mentoring reports

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mathematics Education or Indonesian Language Education
• Minimum 1 year of experience facilitating training
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Canva, Quizizz, and Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.) is a plus; Zoom proficiency is a plus
