Job summary

IIRC (ITSB Innovation & Research Center) is seeking a freelance/fixed-term facilitator to lead learning sessions, both virtual and offline, and help design workshop materials. You will coordinate with project teams, clients, and participants to ensure engaging, effective sessions and successful project outcomes.

Ideal candidates are passionate about learning, with strong facilitation and communication skills, capable of managing group dynamics, and delivering high-quality results on a project
