Job summary

Avanade Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to oversee large-scale Microsoft Opportunities implementations across Southeast Asia. The role focuses on delivering on time and within budget while managing senior client relationships and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, apply AI-enabled strategies in the SDLC, and mentor cross-functional teams in a dynamic, regional environment. Strong governance and contractual acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology is preferred.
• 12+ years of total experience in technology project delivery.
• Experience leading regional multi-country implementations (SEA preferred).
• Strong contract acumen and governance, especially for fixed-price projects.
• Experience engaging CXO-level stakeholders and managing escalations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Opportunities (Azure, Dynamics ERP/CRM, Power Platforms) implementations across SEA.
• Manage fixed-price engagements, ensuring scope, cost control and delivery quality.
• Engage senior stakeholders and manage client relationships across multiple countries.
• Drive AI-enabled delivery innovations within the SDLC where applicable.
• Mentor and develop cross-functional delivery teams to maintain momentum.
