Qualifications

• 12+ years of total working experience.
• Proven experience leading technology project implementations across a regional environment (3–5+ countries).
• Strong understanding of contract management, commercial terms, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex technology programs across multiple countries within a regional delivery model.
• Own end-to-end program delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Develop and govern comprehensive project plans and risk management across the lifecycle.
• Engage CXO-level stakeholders, manage escalations, and build trusted client relationships.
• Provide technical and delivery leadership across Microsoft solution engagements, including architecture discussions and solution decisions.
• Mentor and develop cross-functional teams to achieve high performance.
• Navigate SEA delivery environments and balance regional practices with client needs.
• Leverage AI-enabled capabilities within the SDLC to improve delivery efficiency.
