Bali Jobs Recruitment by Claire Tomkins is seeking an Area Assistant Director of Sales for a premier luxury beachfront resort in Bali. The role focuses on driving the sales strategy, managing market plans, and leading key accounts to achieve revenue targets.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in luxury hospitality sales, 2+ years in senior leadership, and a proven network with luxury travel partners. Indonesian candidates only; travel to domestic and international client engagements required.

Qualifications

7+ years in Sales & Marketing within luxury hospitality.
2+ years in Assistant Director of Sales or senior leadership.
Experience with five‑star luxury resorts or international brands.
Strong knowledge of FIT, Leisure, Corporate, MICE, Wholesale and Luxury Travel Advisors.
Established relationships with travel partners and key accounts globally.
Proven ability to generate new business and hit sales targets.
Excellent written and spoken English; extra languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Oversee Sales Managers to implement market plans and account strategies.
Identify new business opportunities and strengthen key accounts and partners.
Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to management.
Lead high‑level sales calls, client negotiations, site inspections, and meetings.
Ensure timely preparation of quotations, contracts, and sales reports.
Track performance against budgets and forecasts to optimize revenue.
Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute strategic ideas.
Coordinate with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing and Operations to maximize results.
