Job summary

Job description

Planning and ensuring the production schedule is adhered to

Carrying out checks and supervising the production process

Preparing regular monthly reports on production activities

Monitoring the use of production equipment

Supervising the distribution of goods, both inbound and outbound, in accordance with predetermined targets (raw materials and finished goods)

Monitoring the correspondence and documentation of the various units

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's degree from Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.

Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in process engineering within the manufacturing industry, including at least 8 - 10 years in a managerial or lead engineering role.

Proficient in rolling, forging (for the manufacture of forged flanges), welding (ERW/SAW for steel pipes), and coating/galvanising processes

Understanding of international pipe and flange size and strength standards such as ASME, ASTM, API and ANSI

Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing, improving OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and reducing the defect rate of hard materials

Knowledge of machinery,

Product knowledge of pipe

Strong strategic leadership, analytical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and technical staff

Proven experience in budgeting, risk management, and leading large-scale projects

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to collaborate with production, QA/QC, maintenance, and senior leadership
