Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) is seeking personnel for refinery operations focused on ISCC CPO processing and RSPO/non-RSPO workflows. The role emphasizes strict adherence to production processes, safety standards, and quality management.

You will handle log sheets, monitor process parameters, and report any deviations to the supervisor/foreman. This position requires compliance with WI and regulations across ISO 9001 and related systems.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing ISCC CPO processing and RSPO/ISCC systems.
• Familiarity with quality management standards (ISO 9001, HACCP).
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Implement ISCC CPO processing, RSPO/Non RSPO as instructed.
• Carry out log sheet filling accurately.
• Report deviations in production process to supervisor/foreman.
• Perform tasks per work instructions (WI).
• Maintain and operate equipment in Refinery area and related locations.
• Ensure compliance with 5R function and Safety Regulations.
• Support in maintaining QA/QC systems (Halal, SMK3, OHSAS 18001).
• Implement PRP with Good and True.

Job description

General Responsibilities:

1. Implementing ISCC CPO processing, non ISCC CPO, RSPO CPO and non RSPO CPO at Refinery as per instruction
2. Carry out log sheet filling
3. Report to the supervisor / foreman if there is deviation of the production process both (quality and parameters
   process)
4. Perform tasks in accordance with WI
5. Running the 5R function
6. Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies
7. Implementing the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
8. Implement PRP with Good and True
9. Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment and equipment in the work area and in Physical Refinery & Fractionation location.
10. Responsible to Supervisor / Foreman Refinery.
11. Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment and equipment in the work area ammonia comp. and separator.
