Job summary

Prudential Indonesia (PT Prudential Life Assurance) is seeking a detail-oriented recruit­ment operations assistant to support daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reporting. You will assist in the assessment and administration of recruitment activities, and oversee logistics for collaterals and marketing tools.

The role includes procurement for recruitment events and ad-hoc data reporting to help strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Possess knowledge and skill in administration, reporting, & data management.
• Ability to operate Ms. Office; Advanced skill at Microsoft Excel will be advantage.
• Possess good analytical skill.
• High attention to details & fast learning.
• Ability to meet deadline and handle requests in timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in managing recruitment daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Provide support in managing assessment and administration process of Recruitment Activities.
• Manage logistic production and storage monitoring of recruitment collaterals and marketing tools.
• Manage procurement process of recruitment events and activities.
• Prepare ad-hoc data reporting to support in making strategic recruitment decision.
