Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field)
- At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, either in an agency or in-house setting.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering).
- Previous experience in a recruitment agency or headhunting firm is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of the recruitment process and labor market trends.
- Proficient in using various candidate sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, Kalibrr, etc.).
- Target-oriented and able to perform well under pressure.
- Fluent English (both written and spoken). Mandarin is a plus.
- Having a wide professional network is an advantage.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong in problem-solving.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with ATS (Applicant Tracking System), if available.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business and talent needs, provide professional recruitment consulting.
- Develop sourcing strategies based on position requirements and independently conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and referrals.
- Acquire and maintain candidate resources through various channels (databases, social media platforms, industry resources, personal networks, etc.).
- Oversee the entire candidate process, from contact and interview to onboarding, to ensure successful hiring rate.
- Build and maintain client relationships, continuously develop new business opportunities, and provide long-term talent solutions.
- Regularly research industry information, build a talent pool, and enhance professional expertise.
- Achieve team and individual performance goals.
- Excellent communication, learning, and stress-tolerant skills are required.
- Experience in HR, recruiting, sales, consulting, or other B2B services is preferred.
- Experience as a recruitment consultant or experience in a specific industry (IT/finance/manufacturing/consumer products/pharmaceuticals, etc.) is preferred.
- Results-oriented, with a strong team player and customer service focus.
