Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the secure and physically demanding handling, movement, and storage of client records and information.

You will execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting items to ensure efficient workflow, while regularly lifting up to 50 pounds and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with a physically demanding role requiring mobility and safety awareness.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sustain activity through the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in following procedures.
• Effective reading, writing, and communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting a variety of items, to ensure efficient workflow.
• Securely manage records by moving boxes, weighing up to 50 pounds, on and off shelving and carts, often requiring the safe use of a ladder.
• Ensure compliance with physical security guidelines, maintaining the security of customer information and a clean, safe work environment.
