Job summary

Danone Indonesia Specialized Nutrition is seeking a User Experience (UX) Intern to support the sensory and consumer research activities. Onsite at Citeureup Factory, East Jakarta, for a 6-month duration.

The role focuses on assisting with set-up, coordination, and execution of testing sessions, while gaining exposure to product innovation processes and consumer insights.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in relevant fields.
• Strong interest in consumer insights, sensory science and product innovation.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Enjoy coordinating multiple stakeholders with good communication in English.
• Experience in sensory evaluation or consumer research is a plus.

Responsibilities

We're seeking a User Experience (UX) Intern to support our User Experience team in executing sensory and consumer research activities. This role will contribute to the successful setup, coordination, and execution of sensory and consumer testing sessions to support product innovation and development.

Intern Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and execution of sensory and consumer testing sessions.
• Coordinate participants and assist with session logistics and scheduling.
• Prepare product samples, questionnaires, and testing materials.
• Support data entry, documentation, and panelist database management.
• Assist in consolidating research data and preparing reports.
• Support day-to-day sensory laboratory operations and research activities.

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Psychology, Statistics, or related fields.
• Passionate about consumer insights, sensory science, and product innovation.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Enjoy working with people and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; basic statistical knowledge is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Experience in sensory evaluation or consumer research is an advantage.
