Job summary

• Minimum 5–8 years in R&D, product development, or engineering roles.

• Ability to manage multiple development projects from concept to launch.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with production facilities, testing labs, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of new products across aluminum systems and architectural components.
