PT Uni-Charm Indonesia Tbk is seeking a skilled Japanese Interpreter/Translator to facilitate clear communication between Japanese and local teams at our West Java factory. You will provide real-time interpretation during technical meetings and support operational alignments with HQ Japan, while managing documentation and testing records in Technical Operations.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Japanese language or related field.
• JLPT N2 or N1 certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Japanese Interpreter/Translator in manufacturing or R&D is preferred.

About you

Minimum Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Japanese Language/Literature preferred (open to all majors with proven language proficiency)

Mandatory JLPT N2 or N1 certification

Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Japanese Interpreter / Translator (experience in a manufacturing or R&D environment is a strong advantage)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Willing to be based at Factory 1, Karawang, West Java
