Job summary

PT Sentul City Tbk. (HR Division) is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 5+ years' experience in high-rise structural and architectural projects. You will perform quantity take-offs, prepare BoQ and cost estimates, and manage tender price updates.

The role requires strong interpretation of drawings, tender processes, and effective cost control. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is essential. This position is based in Bogor, Indonesia, and involves close collaboration with project teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 5 years of work experience as a QS for structural and architectural projects.
• Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-off for structural, architectural, and interior work on high-rise building drawings.
• Prepare Bill of Quantity for structural, architectural, and interior work including unit rates.
• Prepare cost estimation and owner estimates for structural, architectural, and interior work on high-rise projects.
• Update market prices for tender requirements for structural, architectural, and interior work.
• Review and verify contractor and supplier progress claims with the project team.
• Prepare Certificate of Payment (COP) from contractor and supplier progress claims.
• Examine claims for additional or reduced work from contractors and suppliers.
• Manage cost control for structural, architectural, and interior work.

Job description

This role involves quantity surveying for structural, architectural, and interior components of high-rise building projects, including preparation of bills of quantity, cost estimation, and cost control oversight.

Key responsibilities

Perform quantity take-off for all items on structural, architectural, and interior drawings of high-rise building projects

Prepare Bill of Quantity for structural, architectural, and interior work including unit rates

Prepare cost estimation and owner estimates for structural, architectural, and interior work on high-rise building projects

Update market prices for tender requirements for structural, architectural, and interior work

Review and verify contractor and supplier progress claims with the project team

Prepare Certificate of Payment (COP) from contractor and supplier progress claims

Examine claims for additional or reduced work from contractors and suppliers

Manage cost control for structural, architectural, and interior work

About you

Minimum bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 5 years of work experience as a QS for structural and architectural projects

Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings, work methods, and specifications

Experience in structural, architectural, and interior tender processes

Understanding of construction methods and materials for structural, architectural, and interior work

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and AutoCAD for QS calculations
