PT Sentul City Tbk. (HR Division) seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor for MEP on high-rise projects in Bogor. You will perform quantity take-offs, prepare BOQ, and develop cost estimates for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Experience with MEP tender processes and AutoCAD for QS calculations is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office is required to manage cost control, claims, and progress payments within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in MEP QS for high-rise buildings.
• Experience in QS consultant firms preferred.
• Understanding of MEP drawings, methods, and specifications.
• Experience in MEP tender processes.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel) and AutoCAD for QS calculations.

This role involves quantity surveying and cost estimation for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems on high-rise building projects, including HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and electronic systems (sound system, fire alarm, telephone, data & IPTV).

Key responsibilities

Perform quantity take-off for all MEP items (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) from project drawings

Prepare Bill of Quantity for MEP systems including unit rates

Prepare cost estimates and Owner Estimate for MEP work with price analysis

Check and verify contractor and supplier progress claims with project team

Prepare Certificate of Payment (COP) from contractor and supplier progress claims

Review and examine additional/reduced work claims from contractors

Manage and control MEP costs

Perform quantity take-off for MEP electronic items (Sound System, Fire Alarm, Telephone, Data & IPTV) from project drawings

Prepare Bill of Quantity for MEP electronic systems including unit rates

About you

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electronics Engineering

Minimum 5 years of work experience in QS MEP on high-rise buildings

Experience working at QS consultant firms is preferred

Understanding of MEP system drawings, work methods, and specifications

Experience in MEP tender processes

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)

Proficient in AutoCAD for QS calculations
