Job summary

BYD Auto Co., Ltd. is seeking a Plant Quality Management specialist to plan, build, maintain, and implement the quality management system so all audits pass effectively.

You will lead IATF 16949 compliance, draft procedures, and monitor key quality metrics and non-conformances across production. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, with 3–5 years in automotive quality management, IATF 16949

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of working experience in automotive quality management systems.
• IATF 16949 implementation and internal/external system audits.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin preferred.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001, Core Tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, maintain, and implement the plant quality management system to ensure audits pass.
• Draft, update, and revise procedures in line with IATF 16949 and company guidelines.
• Perform statistical analysis of quality objectives and monitor non-conforming quality and process indicators.
• Promote audits, formulate internal and mass production audit plans, and supervise corrective actions.
• Organize quality culture campaigns and drive continuous improvement across departments.
• Coordinate QCC activities and implement information security policies.
