Job summary

PT Astemo Indonesia Automotive System seeks a Quality Staff with industrial or mechanical engineering background, to support 4R outgoing activities, customer claim handling, and continuous improvement across Plant 1 in Cibitung and Plant 2 in Cikampek. JLPT N3 is required and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience is preferred.

Strong analytical, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Industrial or Mechanical Eng.
• JLPT N3 level Japanese is required.
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and in teams.
• Familiar with measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage quality-related summaries and forms for 4R Outgoing activities.
• Verify and follow up on customer claims and coordinate with customers.
• Analyze received part claims and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Manage and update records of ongoing events and activities.
• Perform continuous improvement through analysis, development, improvement, and inspection of processes.
• Implement Quality System Procedures to maintain process and product quality.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports to supervisors.
• Work at Plant 2 (Cikampek - Karawang) in QAV & Part Trouble Analysis processes and related activities.

Job Description :

Prepare and manage quality-related summaries, forms, and documentation for 4R Outgoing activities.

Verify, handle, and follow up on customer claims (local parts, inline issues, etc.) and coordinate with customers as necessary.

Conduct initial analysis and provide recommendations regarding received part claims, while ensuring continuous improvement and corrective actions are implemented.

Manage and update records of ongoing events and activities.

Perform continuous improvement activities through analysis, development, improvement, innovation, and inspection of processes and work results.

Implement applicable Quality System Procedures to maintain process and product quality.

Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports to supervisors regarding work activities and progress.

Plant 2 (Cikampek - Karawang)

Willing to be placed in Cikampek - Karawang (Plant 2)

Job Description :

Prepare, inspect, and manage quality-related activities within QAV & Part Trouble Analysis processes, including supplier verification, QCPC, and other related activities.

Perform continuous improvement activities through analysis, development, improvement, innovation, and the implementation of new ideas to improve processes and work results.

Translate documents as required.

Participate in internal and external audits.
