• QMS & Compliance: Organize and distribute quality documents, manage the internal QMS database, and lead quality inductions for new onshore staff.
• Vessel Documentation: Help the fleet team keep mandatory documents (SOPEP, SOLAS, SMPEP) up to date using tools like SmartPal and eDoc.
• Record Keeping: Check, register, and file critical QHSE paperwork according to document guidelines.
• Process Updates: Map and update procedures, flowcharts, and forms, and report progress to the QMS Manager.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

QMS & Compliance: Organize and distribute quality documents, manage the internal QMS database, and lead quality inductions for new onshore staff.

Vessel Documentation: Help the fleet team keep mandatory documents (SOPEP, SOLAS, SMPEP) up to date using tools like SmartPal and eDoc.

Record Keeping: Check, register, and file critical QHSE paperwork according to document guidelines.

Process Updates: Work with process owners to map and update procedures, flowcharts, and forms, and report progress to the QMS Manager.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree with 2+ years of experience in QHSE / Port & Shipping Management, or as an Internal Auditor
