Job summary

PT Frina Lestari Nusantara (FLN) seeks a Management Representative Staff to oversee quality processes and audits at our facility in Central Cikarang, GIIC Deltamas Area. The role emphasizes maintaining ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards within a manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• QE Staff experience is preferred.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• ISO Training certificate is preferred.
• Familiar with PPAP, Control Plan and PFMEA.
• Willing to be placed in Central Cikarang, GIIC Deltamas Area.

Responsibilities

• Conducting audit monitoring.
• Performing internal audits of systems, processes, and products.
• Preparing for customer and ISO audits.
• Ensuring ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems are properly implemented and maintained.
