PT Frina Lestari Nusantara (FLN) is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead manufacturing projects and tooling efforts at our site in Central Cikarang, GIIC Deltamas Area. You will oversee design, fixture creation, and process trials to ensure quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with 1–3 years in a supervisory manufacturing role, and strong leadership and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's in mechanical/industrial engineering or equivalent.
• 1-3 years experience as Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor.
• Experience leading projects.
• Familiar with IMDS.
• Familiar with APQP and PPAP documents.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and IATF.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Willing to be located in Central Cikarang, GIIC Deltamas Area and join asap.

Responsabilités

• Design Part styling for Customer.
• Create Checking Fixture Spec based on 3D & 2D data.
• Control Trial Injection, Blow, Vacuum, Assembly & Painting processes.
• Check Trial Injection, Blow, Vacuum, Assembly & Painting results.
• Create Project reports for internal and customer.
• Create PPAP & APQP documents.
• Handle supplier tooling for new projects.
• Join checks with customers for new projects.
• Coordinate events for new projects.
• Create tooling progress reports and status sheets.
