Job description

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in in Public Health, Hospital Administration, Nursing, Medicine, or equivalent healthcare-related fields.

At least 3 years of working experience in hospital quality management, patient safety, risk management, and hospital accreditation.

Proven experience in participating in and leading hospital accreditation preparation and implementation.

Certified in Hospital Quality Improvement & Patient Safety (PMKP) is strongly preferred.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computer skills.

Familiarity with hospital document management systems, regulatory control, and archiving processes.

Excellent analytical skills, data management, and critical thinking capabilities.

Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
