Job summary

Cosmax Indonesia is looking for a QC Team Leader to manage the quality control team at their Jakarta facility. The successful candidate will oversee the lab's operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations while leading a team of over 8 members.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and significant QC experience in the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industries. Candidates must have strong leadership skills and be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of QC experience in cosmetic/pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role, managing a team of 8+ members.
• Strong knowledge of CPKB, GMP, and BPOM regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly calibrated and functional.
• Maintain and update QC procedures and specifications in compliance.
• Lead QC operations based on inspection results.
