Job summary

Cosmax Indonesia is seeking a Quality Control Staff member located in Ciracas, East Jakarta. This role involves ensuring quality standards during the filling and packaging processes, conducting process controls, and timely reporting.

Candidates should have a Vocational Senior High School or Diploma in Chemistry or Pharmacy, along with experience in QC roles. Fluency in basic English and familiarity with ISO standards are also required. The position involves shifting working days from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in QC In Process Control or QC Finish Good in cosmetics or pharmacology industries.
• Understanding of ISO 9001, CPKB/GMP, MUI Halal, ISO 22716, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Vegan & Cosmos certifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production meets quality and customer standards.
• Conduct In Process Control for Finish Good.
• Timely reporting (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Create NON CONFIRMITY Report.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Ensure filling and packaging line production arrangement producing product as quality and customer standards (as Instruksi Kerja)
• Conduct In Process Control for Finish Good at Filling & Packing process
• Reporting on time (daily, weekly, monthly report)
• Make NON CONFIRMITY Report

Workplace & Schedule:

Onsite. Shifting days Monday–Friday: 2 shifts (Morning & Night).
