Job summary

LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking an IT Quality Assurance Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of IT systems and applications in Jakarta. You will perform system and application testing to validate functionality and quality.

Responsibilities include developing and executing test scenarios, identifying defects, and coordinating with teams for resolution across the project lifecycle. A Bachelor's degree and one year of QA experience are preferred; QA certifications are welcomed and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS/MIPA or related field.
• 1 year of experience as IT Quality Assurance Tester is preferred.
• Experience in IT project management, system/application testing, or testing engineering.
• QA certification is preferred.

• Ensure testing activities are completed according to quality standards and project requirements.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics/Natural Sciences (MIPA), or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT Quality Assurance Tester is preferred.
• Experience in IT project management, system/application testing, or testing engineering.
• QA/Quality Assurance certification is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively.
• Result-oriented with a strong focus on work quality.

Nice to Have

• Experience or knowledge in Automation Testing.
