Job summary

Nityo Infotech Indonesia is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager for a leading manufacturing client in Indonesia. You will oversee QA and QC activities, ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering or related field, 4+ years as a QA Manager or Assistant Manager in manufacturing, and strong knowledge of SAP QM, FSC, PEFC, with excellent English and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or QA Manager in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SAP QM, FSC, and PEFC.
• Solid understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across manufacturing operations.
• Ensure product quality through incoming material, in-process, and finished product inspections.
• Implement and maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Manage quality documentation, inspection reports, and laboratory equipment.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Lead and develop the QA team to achieve departmental targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
