PT Santosa Agrindo (Santori) Japfa Beef Division in Indonesia is seeking a QA Manager to develop and implement QA/QC plans across all production processes at our Serang site.
You will analyze quality data, lead cross-functional teams, ensure GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 compliance and halal standards, and maintain complete QA documentation. A Bachelor's degree and 3 years in QA leadership are required, with willingness to relocate to Serang.
Develop and implement quality assurance and control plans for all production processes.
Analyze quality data and propose improvement recommendations to enhance process efficiency
Ensure all quality assurance documentation and records are complete and accurate.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experienced in carrying out quality management roles in the food manufacturing industry (meat processing will be advantage).
Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA Manager.
In-depth knowledge of regulations, standards, and certifications in the halal food industry.
Experienced in implementing GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000.
Experienced in applying quality assurance and control methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.
Able to perform data analysis, trend identification, and improvement recommendations.
Strong leadership and communication skills to lead a team and collaborate cross-functionally.
Willing to be placed in Serang, Banten.

By 1995 the Company grew to become an integrated beef fattening industry which has also adopted the animal health and welfare guidelines set by OIE and ESACAS. To date, Santori owns three modern beef cattle feedlots – two in Lampung and one in East Java.
With a total feeding capacity of 150,000 heads, a Wagyu breeding centre of 10,000 heads and a modern abattoir of 24,000 heads per year; Santori is the largest integrated ‘paddock-to-plate’ beef cattle operator in Indonesia.

All our cattle are provided with spacious pens, clean water and a healthy diet prepared on our farms without steroids. Using an IT enabled traceability system, our nutritionists, veterinarians are able to monitor the cattle’s life cycle beginning at our farms through to meat processing at our ISO certified abattoir.
