Job summary

PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika is seeking a QA Automation Lead to design and implement automated testing strategies across web, mobile, and API domains. You will build scalable test scripts using Katalon, Selenium, and Appium, align testing with business requirements, and drive CI/CD integration for rapid deployment.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in QA automation, strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile, and hands-on experience in banking workflows. Banking domain familiarity and ISTQB are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, etc.
• Minimum 3 years of QA Automation experience (Senior) or 5+ years as QA Automation Expert/Lead.
• Hands-on automation testing with Katalon, Selenium and Appium.
• Familiar with Jira, TestRail/ALM/qTest; CI/CD with Jenkins & GitLab CI.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and SDLC concepts (Waterfall/Agile).
• Banking or mobile banking experience is preferred; ISTQB is a plus.

INTIKOM is Hiring for Quality Assurance Automation

Scope Of Work

• Develop and define test plans, test scenarios, and automation testing strategies
• Ensure alignment between testing scope and business & technical requirements
• Design and develo Test cases & Test scripts (manual & automated)
• Build and maintain automation scripts using Katalon Studio (for Web, Mobile, and API testing)
• Execute automation regression testing to ensure system stability
• Support execution of Smoke testing, Regression testing & Compatibility testing
• Ensure clear communication of testing progress, risks, and findings
• Identify issues and perform root cause analysis when failures occur
• Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure automated testing runs efficiently within deployment workflows

Requirement
