Job summary

PT IDX Solusi Teknologi Informasi (IDXSTI) seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer in Jakarta to ensure software quality from planning to release. You will design test plans, write cases, and execute manual and automated tests to prevent defects before deployment.

Collaborate with developers and product managers, perform UI/UX testing, cross-device/browser checks, and UAT, and contribute to test automation using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium while contributing to performance testing with

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of QA/Software testing experience with solid fundamentals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of test methodologies: functional, regression, exploratory, integration, and UAT.
• Experience creating Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scripts; both manual and automated testing.
• Proficiency with Jira or Trello for bug reporting and tracking.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.
• Experience with performance/ load testing using JMeter or Locust.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum.

• Collaborate with Developers and PMs to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
• Perform UI/UX, exploratory, cross-device/browser compatibility, and UAT testing.
• Develop test automation frameworks and scripts and conduct regression testing.
• Conduct performance, speed, and load testing; identify basic security vulnerabilities.

• Experienced in creating Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scripts, and executing both manual and automated testing.
• Proficient in issue-tracking tools such as Jira or Trello, including bug reporting and defect tracking.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.
• Experienced in performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter or Locust.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
