PT SURYA SEMESTA INTERNUSA TBK is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to oversee budgeting, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation for tall buildings, high-rise, and mixed-use projects. The role requires strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills and a solid grasp of contract law and tender processes.

The position emphasizes risk assessment, cost control, and adherence to project timelines, with onsite involvement in Jakarta conditions and client coordination across phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in tall building, high-rise, and mixed-use construction projects; strong budgeting, cost estimation, and BOQ/Budget Plans (RAB) experience.
• Familiar with contract law, construction contracts, tender processes, and subcontract administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies, project management principles, sustainability practices, and HSE regulations.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
