Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a Department Head of QHSE Continuous Improvement in Jakarta. You will lead data-driven analyses, guide SMK3L implementation, and steer HSE programs across units to achieve safer, compliant operations.

The role requires a strong statistics background, at least 10 years in QHSE with leadership experience, and fluency in Business English. Location is Slipi, Jakarta Barat, with full-time responsibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with strong analytical background.
Minimum 10 years of experience in QHSE, with at least 3 years as a Supervisor/Section Head.
Proficient in statistics-based analysis (parametric & non-parametric).
Experience implementing QHSE systems and risk management processes.
Proficient in spoken and written Business English.

Responsibilities

Provide data-driven insights and statistical recommendations to support QHSE decisions.
Monitor and review SMK3L/OSH and Environmental Management System policies.
Translate regulations into the company-wide HSE strategy and actions.
Develop and deliver HSE awareness campaigns and mentoring.
Lead SMK3L programs at corporate and unit levels and drive continuous improvement.
Analyze HSE data trends to identify risks and root causes.
Ensure Integrated Management System implementation and risk control.
