Job summary

Valmet is seeking a Service Engineer to join our QCS team in Pekanbaru/Jakarta. The role focuses on hands-on maintenance, commissioning, and startup of QCS and Profiler systems within the pulp and paper industry.

You will work independently on projects while collaborating with customers and internal teams. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor's in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering and have proven QCS experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
• Proven experience in pulp and paper industry, particularly QCS maintenance and project execution.
• Strong knowledge of Valmet QCS and Profiler systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support QCS projects and services, including commissioning and startup activities.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for Valmet QCS and Profiler systems installed base.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure successful project/service delivery.
• Maintain safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
