Qualifikationen

• 1-3+ years' experience in spring manufacture (Staff Level) or 5+ years' experience in spring manufacture (Leader Level)
• Experience using measuring devices (Vernier caliper, micrometer, Compression Spring tester, Torque tester, Dial gauge / height gauge, Profile projector)
• Experience using AutoCAD
• Understand Root Cause Analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA)
• Understand Document Control cycle
• Understand ISO 9001:2015
• Excel at least basic to intermediate level; able to create simple QC Report
• Able to speak Japanese (advantage)
