Job summary

Fore Coffee is seeking a QA/QC professional to monitor systems and procedures to ensure GMP, HALAL, and HACCP compliance across production. In this role you will assist R&D in scale-up, adjustments and reformulation while coordinating daily activities of QC inspectors.

You will perform biological, chemical and physical analyses of products according to specified standards, and support the QA/QC team in developing and maintaining procedures with integrity and problem-solving at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA/QC with GMP/HACCP/HALAL.
• Familiar with R&D scale-up and reformulation processes.
• Strong problem-solving and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems and procedures to ensure GMP/HALAL/HACCP compliance.

• Monitoring systems and procedures to make sure in accordance with regulations standard (GMP, HALAL, HACCP).
• Monitoring research process by RnD departement (scale up, adjusment and reformulation) make sure with the specified standard.
• Coordinate daily activity of QC process inspector.
• Perform product analysis biologically, chemically, and physically according to specified standards (Passed, Quarantine, Rejected).
• Assists the QA/QC Team in developing and maintaining the procedures and work Good Excellent problem-solving ability with high level of integrity Certified for certain skills ( Halal Certified, Food Handler Certified, HACCP) is a must, other certification will be plus point.
