Kanara Global Virtue is seeking a QA/QC professional in Indonesia to oversee raw material and packaging material testing. The role emphasizes sampling, testing, and documentation to ensure products meet GMP and ISO22716 standards.

The candidate should have a background in pharmacy, chemistry, or chemical engineering with at least 3 years in QC. The position supports timely RM-PM release for production and requires careful record-keeping and problem-solving during investigations of

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QC, preferably in cosmetic, food & supplement.
• Good understanding of Raw Material & Packaging Material Inspection.
• Familiar with testing parameters such as appearance, odour, pH, viscosity, specific gravity, and organoleptic testing.
• Able to operate laboratory instruments (pH meter, Viscometer, balance, etc).
• Comply with GMP/CPKB/ISO22716 and product specifications.

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in QC, preferably in cosmetic, food & supplement.

Good understanding of Raw Material & Packaging Material Inspection.

Familiar with testing parameters such as appearance, odour, pH, viscosity, specific gravity, and organoleptic & sensorial testing.

Able to operate laboratory instrument (pH meter, Viscometer, balance, etc).

Understand sampling procedures, product specifications (comply to GMP/CPKB/ISO22716).

Detail oriented with good communication skill.

Able to work under production timelines to release RM & PM

Perform sampling, testing, and inspection of raw material & packaging material in compliance with approved procedures, RM-PM specification .

Monitor RM-PM release to maintain production process.

Ensure RM-PM meet requirements before release.

Accurately record test results and report to Manager (if any deviation process).

Identify non-conforming RM-PM and support investigation, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
