Job summary

Diageo in Bali is seeking a Quality Control Line Inspector on a fixed-term contract to lead inline quality checks from packaging to labeling. You will ensure products meet GMP and food safety standards, with collaboration across Production and QA for root-cause corrections.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or bachelor's degree in food technology, Chemistry, Chemical Analysis, Biology, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a QC Operator, In-Line QC, Quality Inspector, or Laboratory Technician in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of GMP, GHP, HACCP, Food Safety, and Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, FSSC 22000).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in line inspection and reporting quality data.
• Strong analytical skills to identify defect categories aligned with consumer & customer quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct In-Line Quality Inspection by performing routine in-line inspections and testing to ensure products, packaging, and processes comply with quality and food safety standards.
• Ensure Compliance with Food Safety and Quality Standards, verify GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, SOPs, CCPs, OPRPs, and other applicable requirements; escalate non-conformities.
• Identify, report and control non-conforming products; detect quality deviations; initiate holds and collaborate with Production and QA to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain Accurate Quality Records; record inspection and test results accurately and timely; ensure data integrity and traceability.
• Support Continuous Improvement and Quality Culture through initiatives, trend analysis, audits, and quality awareness programs.
