Job summary

Diageo España SA in Bali seeks a Quality Control Line Inspector for a 6‑month contract. You will oversee inline quality checks from packaging to labeling, ensuring food safety and product integrity across processes.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in a related field and 1–2 years’ QC experience in FMCG. You will work under Diageo standards, supporting continuous improvement and strong data recording practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree in food technology, chemistry, biology, microbiology, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a QC Operator, In-Line QC, Quality Inspector, or Laboratory Technician in food/beverage/FMCG.
• Knowledge of GMP, GHP, HACCP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in line inspection and reporting.
• Ability to record results, identify trends, and escalate out-of-spec results.

Responsibilities

• Implementing an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001:2018), Food Safety Management System (FSSC 22000:2018), Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001:2015) and according to Diageo Standards.
• Conducting In-Line Quality Inspection by performing routine in-line inspections and testing to ensure products, packaging, and processes comply with quality and food safety standards.
• Ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Quality Standards, verify GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, SOPs, CCPs, OPRPs, and other applicable requirements; escalate non-conformities.
• Identifying, reporting, and controlling non-conforming products by detecting quality deviations and initiating hold procedures when required.
• Maintaining accurate quality records and documentation; record inspection and test results in designated systems; ensure data integrity and traceability.
• Supporting continuous improvement and quality culture through audits, trend analysis, problem-solving, and training.
