Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or diploma in food technology, chemistry, biology or microbiology, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years in QC/line inspection or laboratory setting in food, beverage or FMCG industries.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in line inspections and data recording.
• Ability to record results clearly, identify trends and escalate out-of-spec results.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-line quality inspections of products, packaging and filling processes.
• Verify compliance with quality and food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, SOPs and CCPs).
• Detect non-conformities, initiate product holds when needed, and coordinate with Production and QA for corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate quality records and ensure data integrity and traceability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality culture through audits and training.
