Japfa, a leading agribusiness in Indonesia, is seeking a Quality Control/QA Inspector in Lamongan. You will perform sampling, testing, and inspections of raw materials to ensure quality and compliance throughout receiving and warehousing.

You will input data into SAP, report results to supervisors, and help maintain inventory control, equipment upkeep, and 5S/HSE practices on site. Fresh graduates may apply; relevant ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Fisheries, Animal Science, Biology, Chemistry, Agricultural Technology, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Laboratory, or Raw Material Inspection; fresh graduates welcome.
• Good understanding of raw material quality inspection, organoleptic testing, sampling procedures, and inventory control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP or ERP experience is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in Lamongan, East Java.

Description du poste

1. Conduct presampling, unloading, and raw material receiving inspections in accordance with established SOPs and standards.

2. Perform raw material quality testing, including Organoleptic, Quick Test, and Nutritional Analysis, to ensure quality compliance.

3. Monitor and evaluate raw material quality throughout the receiving and warehouse storage processes.

4. Input operational and analytical data into the SAP system and communicate testing results to the relevant supervisor.

5. Carry out raw material inventory control, maintain work equipment, and implement HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and 5S practices in the workplace.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Fisheries, Animal Science, Biology, Chemistry, Agricultural Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Laboratory, or Raw Material Inspection; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of raw material quality inspection, organoleptic testing, sampling procedures, and inventory control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
• Available and willing to be placed in Lamongan, East Java
  

1. Melaksanakan kegiatan presampling, unloading, dan pemeriksaan penerimaan bahan baku sesuai SOP dan standar yang berlaku.

2. Melakukan pengujian kualitas bahan baku meliputi Organoleptik, Quick Test, dan Analisa Nutrisi untuk memastikan kesesuaian mutu.

3. Memantau dan mengevaluasi kualitas bahan baku selama proses penerimaan dan penyimpanan di gudang.

4. Menginput data operasional dan hasil analisa bahan baku ke dalam sistem SAP serta melaporkannya kepada atasan terkait.

5. Melakukan kontrol stok bahan baku, merawat peralatan kerja, serta menerapkan program K3 dan 5S di area kerja.

Kualifikasi:

• Minimal Diploma (D3) atau Sarjana (S1) Teknologi Pangan, Perikanan, Peternakan, Biologi, Kimia, Teknologi Pertanian, atau jurusan terkait.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Laboratorium, atau Inspeksi Bahan Baku; lulusan baru dipersilakan melamar.
• Memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai inspeksi kualitas bahan baku, pengujian organoleptik, prosedur sampling, dan pengendalian persediaan.
• Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office; pengalaman menggunakan SAP atau sistem ERP sejenis menjadi nilai tambah.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Lamongan, Jawa Timur.
