Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quality Management professional to implement and review our QMS, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. You will act as QMS Management Representative and conduct internal and external audits on behalf of management.

Collaborate with QMS and OHS teams to maintain internal controls, drive timely corrective actions, and lead continual improvement initiatives across processes and projects.

Qualifications

• Implementing and reviewing the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements.
• Act as QMS Management Representative to perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company's management.
• Work with QMS & OHS teams to develop, implement, monitor and manage the company's compliance with internal control requirements.
• Ensure that corrective/ preventive actions requirements are fulfilled on a timely basis.
• Spearheading continual improvement initiatives to improve process and project quality.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with all Project Manager/ HODs to facilitate and resolve quality related complaints on process and system.
• Manage portfolio of clients, scheduling and planning to meet audit deadlines.
• Lead, manage and develop an effective audit team.
• Lead audit team to audit current controls and performance monitoring elements to assess effectiveness.
• Interact with management and staff in conducting interviews and testing internal processes.
• Audit/tests ongoing processes to assure continued compliance.
• Analyze adequacy, reliability and compliance of internal control systems.
• Prepare reports based on audit results to top management.
• Ensure audit records and documentation are accurate and compliant with regulations.
• Provide training and coaching to audit team members.
• Think strategically about clients' needs and risks.
• Develop relationships across a network of clients and deliver value.

Think strategically about clients' needs by understanding their business and key risks.

Develop strong relationships across a network of existing and future clients and deliver added values.
