Job summary

PT Mandiri International Technology is seeking a QA Intern to support testing activities in Jakarta. You will analyze business and system requirements, craft test scenarios, execute functional and regression tests, and document defects.

Collaboration with developers and stakeholders is essential to resolve issues and ensure quality before production deployment. The role prefers candidates with a BS in CS/IS/Information Management, familiarity with SDLC/STLC, Jira/TestRail/Zephyr, and agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, or other related field
• Experience in QA Internship, QA Bootcamp, Software Testing Projects, or related activities is preferred
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Familiar with software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
• Able to create test scenarios, test cases, and test reports
• Familiar with QA Manual Testing tools such as Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar tools
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Not currently enrolled as an active student
• Willing to work from office (WFO) Jakarta

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and system requirements.
• Create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute functional and regression testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Ensure software quality before production deployment.
